Basic Lawn Mowing MAINTENANCE

Lawn mowing service includes mowing of the lawn weekly, string trimming grass that grows against home or fence, edging along paved surfaces to prevent turf encroachment and a final walk through of the property with a blower to blow away any loose clippings and debris.

FULL MAINTENANCE

Ever wish you could have a worry free beautiful lawn. Our customized monthly maintenance package allows just that. This package allows you to customize your lawn maintenance plan. Therefore allowing you to never worry about what service needs to be completed and when. Service usually starts on April 1st and continues through the end of November depending on the weather. This service includes the following services that would be performed throughout the season, however may be customized to suit the needs of your property:

Aeration, performed twice
Spring Clean-up
Weekly mowing of lawn
Pulling of weeds in landscaped beds as necessary
Trimming as needed
Fall Clean-up

Warranties and Insurance

EverGreen Landscape Experts provides warranty on all landscape construction projects and we carry general liability insurance, auto insurance for all company vehicles and worker's compensation insurance.

Warranties:

♦ Hardscapes: 2 years from install date
♦ Trees, shrubs, perennials: 1 year from install date
♦ 1 time replacement per plant
